Inspecting Your Order
Customers have the right to inspect their order upon delivery while the driver is present.

If the item is damaged, the customer may refuse the order and will not be charged.

If the item is not damaged, but the customer no longer wants it, they may refuse the order but will be required to pay the shipping fee.

Once the delivery driver leaves, no return, exchange, or refund will be accepted.
Return & Exchange
We do not accept returns or exchanges after the order has been accepted.
Returns are only possible at the time of delivery if the item is damaged.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the case of damaged or defective products reported at the time of delivery.

How to Report a Damaged Order

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If damaged, take clear photos of the item.

Inform the delivery driver on the spot and email us at second.chanceg@outlook.com with your order number and photos.
